I tried a new recipe for pancakes this morning and…. they were better than the old wheat ones. 🙂
Almond Flour Pancakes (Recipe)
1 cups almond flour
1 tbsp sweetener (one that measures like sugar)
1 pinch salt
1 touch of vanilla
1/4 cup water (they say you can use sparkling water for a fluffier pancake, but have never tried it)
Mix ingredients together and griddle till they are done..
I enjoyed these this morning with my favourite sugar free syrup. I also put a few blueberries on them when i first put them on the griddle.. mmm good!
