4 cups quinoa flour
3/4 cup rice flour
sal
1 tbsp oil
1 1/4 cup water

Mix ingredients together . Dough should be stiff but not dry. (You may have to add drops of water till you get that elastic feeling.

Divide dough into 18 equal pieces. Using parchment paper and a tortilla press, make each dough ball into a tortilla.

Place tortillas in a hot non stick frying pan for one minute on each side.

Enjoy!  (Tortillas do not have a long shelf life – recommend 3 days)
